These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the learner.mindcare.org.in portal and the services provided by MINDCARE. By accessing this portal, you agree to comply with these terms.

• Eligibility: Access is restricted to registered students of Mindcare. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Payment Terms: All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR). You agree to provide valid payment details through our authorized payment gateway.
• User Conduct: Users must not attempt to bypass security features, upload malicious code, or use the portal for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Intellectual Property: All course content, logos, and software on this portal are the property of Mindcare and are protected by copyright laws.
• Limitation of Liability: Mindcare shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the portal.
• Modifications: Mindcare reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Transaction Information: When you pay fees, we collect transaction IDs and payment status. Log Data: IP address, browser type, and timestamps to ensure secure access.
2. Payment Processing We use third-party payment gateways (such as ICICI Bank Easypay, Razorpay) to process payments.
   Data Security: We do not store your credit card, debit card, or net banking credentials on our servers. All sensitive payment data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) by our payment partner.
   Usage: Your purchase transaction data is used only as long as is necessary to complete your payment.


3. How We Use Your Information. The information we collect is used to:
   Process fee payments and issue receipts.
   Provide access to student dashboard and educational materials.
   Send important academic notifications and updates.
   Comply with legal and regulatory requirements under the IT Act, 2000.
4. Third-Party Services
   We only share your information with third-party service providers (like payment aggregators) to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. We recommend reading the privacy policies of these providers to understand how they handle your personal information.
5. Security of Data
   We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure that your data is encrypted during transmission.
6. Cookies

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 9 June 2026

At MINDCARE, we strive to ensure a transparent process for fee payments. Please read our refund policy carefully:
Cancellation: Once a student registers for a course and pays the fee, the enrollment cannot be "cancelled" in the middle of a semester/term.
Refund Eligibility: * Refunds are only processed if there is a technical error where the amount was deducted twice for the same transaction.
Refund requests for accidental payments must be submitted within 7 working days of the transaction.
Non-Refundable Fees: Admission fees, registration fee and charges, monthaly or term installment payments, hostel or mess fee, part of any payment, late fine payments are strictly non-refundable.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account/Credit Card/UPI) within 5–7 working days as per the payment gateway’s standard timelines.
