- Eligibility: Access is restricted to registered students of JIFSA. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Payment Terms: All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR). You agree to provide valid payment details through our authorized payment gateway.
- User Conduct: Users must not attempt to bypass security features, upload malicious code, or use the portal for unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Intellectual Property: All course content, logos, and software on this portal are the property of JIFSA and are protected by copyright laws.
- Limitation of Liability: JIFSA shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the portal.
- Modifications: JIFSA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Transaction Information: When you pay fees, we collect transaction IDs and payment status. Log Data: IP address, browser type, and timestamps to ensure secure access.
- Payment Processing
We use third-party payment gateways (such as Easebuzz, Razorpay) to process payments.
Data Security: We do not store your credit card, debit card, or net banking credentials on our servers. All sensitive payment data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) by our payment partner.
Usage: Your purchase transaction data is used only as long as is necessary to complete your payment. - How We Use Your Information.

Refund Policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 23 Dec 2025
At JIFSA, we strive to ensure a transparent process for fee payments. Please read our refund policy carefully:
Cancellation: Once a student registers for a course and pays the fee, the enrollment cannot be "cancelled" in the middle of a semester/term.
Refund Eligibility: * Refunds are only processed if there is a technical error where the amount was deducted twice for the same transaction.
Refund requests for accidental overpayments must be submitted within 7 working days of the transaction.
Non-Refundable Fees: Admission fees, registration fee and charges, monthaly or term installment payments, hostel or mess fee, part of any payment, late fine payments are strictly non-refundable.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account/Credit Card/UPI) within 5–7 working days as per the payment gateway’s standard timelines.
Disputes: Any payment disputes should be directed to the JIFSA accounts department at account2@jifsa.in.
